Overall not bad. Table of six and a baby at lunchtime 31/01/26 The staff were very welcoming on arrival. I had the mixed grill I requested the steak to be medium rare but was very well done. I decided not to mention it at the bar as there wasn’t many members of staff around and it was edible just the cook wasn’t to my liking. We did get asked how our food was right at the end of the table finishing our meals. Everything else on the plate was fantastic and everyone else on the table enjoyed their food and desserts. Even though there was this one issue I still enjoyed the meal and think the whole bill was very good value for money and I would visit again if In the area. But I’d probably order something different next time.

Been here 4 weeks on the trot. Great Sunday carvery and great value for money. Far better than Toby!! And cheaper!! Great regular menu throughout the week too with special theme days on like burgers and curries for example. Burgers are great too. All the Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend. It won’t disappoint.
